Web Maintenance
Successful websites require regular work such as updating new information, ensuring all the links still work, and keeping current with changes in the company and marketing efforts. Continued site maintenance is vital to prevent a site from becoming stale and help with search engine rankings.
We will handle the client’s needs expeditiously. After initial contact, the client can email the information or pictures and TS Conard, Inc. will upload it quickly. This helps in keeping the cost to maintain the client’s site reasonable.
Our goal is for the client to be well-satisfied with their website. The features of the Maintenance and Service Package follow:
- Photos and other miscellaneous graphic images for updates will be supplied by client up to once a week.
- Text updates of no more than 1,200 words will be accepted by TS Conard from the client as needed.
- Links will be updated as needed.
- HTML E-mail can be created for client up to once a month. A standard email can be created and can be updated as part of the Web Site Maintenance.
- E-mail / phone consultation of up to 2 hours a month general Internet orientation education and web design consultation. Additional education and consultation is at an hourly rate of $55
